CAWVideo Limited keeps this simple. We collect as little as we can.

When you buy

Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details and payment information to process your order. We don't see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can send your licence and help you.

Licence activation

When you activate Nudge, your licence key and a basic device identifier are checked with Lemon Squeezy so your key works on the number of computers your licence covers.

Your time data

To ask where you were, Nudge notes which app was active while you were away from Resolve. It can't read every app. It recognises some creative apps, like After Effects and Frame.io. For a browser like Google Chrome it only knows you were in the browser, not what you did or which sites you visited. That and the time it tracks stay on your computer. If you point Nudge at a shared Dropbox or Google Drive folder, it's saved there too, in your own account. We don't collect your projects, timelines or tracking data.
